Export shipments as Sales Invoices and receivings as Bills — both in IIF format for direct QB Desktop import, plus CSV for QB Online or manual review.
How to import IIF into QuickBooks Desktop:
File → Utilities → Import → IIF Files → select the downloaded file. QB will create the transactions automatically. For QuickBooks Online: Use the CSV export and import via the QB Online import wizard or a tool like Transaction Pro.
